The 2025 Troop Member Retreat

If purchased during the pre-sale, the price of a retreat ticket, which includes all programming, food & drink and wellness activities, is $950 per member during our pre-sale from now until August 15th, 2024. Pricing for regular registration WILL INCREASE AFTER this date.

Members are also required to stay at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples for 3 nights at an exclusive discounted rate of $350/per night (including taxes and fees), totaling $1,050 for hotel costs (in-room incidentals are not included in this price).

This year's retreat is once again being held at the Ritz-Carlton Naples in Naples Florida, a short 30 minute drive from Fort Myers International Airport. Accommodations can only be booked through a special link that will be sent to members after they register for the retreat; not directly with the venue. The discounted rate, for Troop members, of $1,050 for 3 nights in a single room includes hotel fees and local taxes is available to TroopHR Retreat members only.

To attend the retreat, you must book accommodations for a 3 night stay - checking in on Sunday, May 4th and checking out on Wednesday, May 7th at the special rate of $350/night (inclusive of tax and room fees) per our contract with the venue. Please note that this rate is subsidized by TroopHR, exclusively for Troop members, from our regular negotiated already discounted rate of $529/night plus taxes and fees.

The regular group negotiated discount rate is $529/night plus taxes and fees. This is the rate available to partners of the event. If you are a member and would like to arrive a day early to better accommodate your travel plans (especially for those traveling from the west coast) we have limited rooms available at a regular discounted price of $525 + room fees and tax for the night of Saturday, May 3rd. Members can book accommodations for the Saturday night on a first-come, first-serve basis by emailing support@troophr.com.

Event dates are May 4 - 7, 2025. You should plan to arrive at the hotel on Sunday, May 4th, no later than 5pm. Departure is anytime on the morning of May 7th. While it might be tempting to leave the night prior, you will miss the closing ceremony, which lasts until approximately 9pm. And out of respect for your fellow attendees, we ask that you commit to attending the entire experience.

You are responsible for arranging your own travel arrangements to the Ritz-Carlton Naples. For those who don't live nearby, you will be flying into Fort Myers International Airport (RSW). From there, the hotel is approximately a 30 min taxi or car sharing service ride.

As part of your registration we will be providing hourly shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for arrivals on Sunday, May 4th and departures from the hotel to the airport on Wednesday, May 7th (7 am - 12 pm ). Fort Myers airport is easily accessible from many major cities by direct flight.
