2026 Member Retreat
Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain
The 2026 Troop Member Retreat brought HR leaders together at the Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain for three days in the Sonoran Desert. We opened Sunday with a welcome dinner at the Turquesa Pool, then dug into the work People leaders actually do. Sessions covered global hiring, the founder-CHRO partnership, an AI working lab where everyone built something real, and honest conversations on conflict, ambiguity, neuroinclusion, and crises that go viral in 24 hours. Mornings started with poolside meditation and breathwork. Afternoons made space to exhale: a petroglyph hike, cabana time, and a stargazing dinner under the canyon sky. The connections members made over cocktails and trail walks are what stick. We're already counting down to 2027.
