The 2026 Troop Member Retreat

The price of a retreat ticket, which includes all programming, food & drink and wellness activities, is $1000 per member during our pre-sale from now until August 15th, 2025. Pricing for regular registration WILL INCREASE AFTER this date.

Members are also required to stay at the Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain for 3 nights at an exclusive discounted rate of $400/per night (including taxes and fees), totaling $1,200 for hotel costs (in-room incidentals are not included in this price).

This year's retreat is being held at the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain, Marana, Arizona, a short 30 minute drive from Tuscon International Airport and just over an hour from Phoenix International Airport.

‍As part of your registration we will be providing shuttle service from both TUS and PHX airport to the hotel for arrivals on Sunday, April 26th and departures from the hotel to the airports on Wednesday, April 29th (7 am - 12 pm ).

‍Accommodations can only be booked through a special link that will be sent to members after they register for the retreat; not directly with the venue. The discounted rate, for Troop members, of $1,200 for 3 nights in a single room includes hotel fees and local taxes is available to TroopHR Retreat members only.

Attendees who register during the “pre-registration” period will be contacted by the TroopHR team with a custom link, by September 1, 2025, to book their hotel accommodations.

To attend the retreat, you must book accommodations for a 3 night stay - checking in on Sunday, April 26th and checking out on Wednesday, April 29th, 2026 at the special rate of $400/night (inclusive of tax and room fees) per our contract with the venue.

Please note that this rate is subsidized by TroopHR, exclusively for Troop members, from our regular negotiated already discounted rate.

The regular group negotiated discount rate is $500/night plus taxes and fees. This is the rate available to partners of the event. If you are a member and would like to arrive a day early to better accommodate your travel plans we have limited rooms available at a regular discounted price of $500 + room fees and tax for the nights of Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25th, 2026. Members can book accommodations for the Saturday night on a first-come, first-serve basis by emailing support@troophr.com.

Event dates are April 26 - 29, 2026. You should plan to arrive at the hotel on Sunday, April 26, no later than 5pm. Departure is anytime on the morning of April 29, 2026. While it might be tempting to leave the night prior, you will miss the closing ceremony, which lasts until approximately 9pm. And out of respect for your fellow attendees, we ask that you commit to attending the entire experience.

Please note transportation will be provided to/from Tuscon International Airport and Phoenix International Airport and the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain on Sunday, April 26, 2026 and Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

You are responsible for arranging your own travel arrangements to the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain. For those who don't live nearby, you will be flying into Tuscon International Airport (TUS) or Phoenix International Airport (PHX). From TUS, the hotel is approximately a 30 min taxi or car sharing service ride. From PHX, the hotel is approximately a 1 hour and 15 min taxi or car sharing service ride.

As part of your registration we will be providing shuttle service from both TUS and PHX airport to the hotel for arrivals on Sunday, April 26th and departures from the hotel to the airports on Wednesday, April 29th (7 am - 12 pm ). Both airports are easily accessible from many major cities by direct flight.

Due to our contractual agreements with the venue we have a very limited refund policy.

The “Pre-Sale” registrations may be refunded through August 15, 2025. Which is when we will officially be opening registration.

All retreat passes purchased after August 15, 2025 and before February 1, 2026 are 100% refundable within 48 hours of purchase. For purchases on or after February 1, 2026 no refunds are available under any circumstance.

We recommend you wear the clothes you are comfortable in and if you enjoy dressing up a bit in the evening we encourage you to do so. Swimming attire, clothes for yoga and meditation as well as walking shoes are necessary if you choose to participate in wellness activities.
