Tracy Avin
Co-Founder, TroopHR
Tracy has spent the last 20+ years as an entrepreneur working at the intersection of HR, healthcare, and startups.  In 2013, she started Post'd, a network for senior HR leaders. This would be the start of her passion project, pushing forward and doing more by building out the network, curating content, and organizing HR events as a way to contribute to the advancement of the people leader profession.  As a cancer survivor, she considers herself to be a bit of a warrior, never giving up and always pushing forward. She has used that same determination to build out her HR network to become the platform it is today, TroopHR.
