Amit Rapaport is the Co-founder and CEO of Compete, an NJ-based HR-tech startup servicing global companies across all U.S. states. Compete has raised $17.5MM from tier-one venture capital firms, including Tiger Global and Vine Ventures. Leveraging over a decade of HR leadership experience at fast-growing technology companies such as SentinelOne and Palo Alto Networks, Amit founded Compete in 2020 with a clear mission: to empower HR leaders with real-time insights into where their workforce stands. Compete has evolved into a strategic workforce intelligence platform that uncovers risks, identifies opportunities, and delivers deep visibility across every layer of the organization.
