Ashley is a seasoned operator & Chief of Staff with over 15 years of leadership experience, blending strategic vision with operational expertise to enable organizations to achieve transformational growth. With a career spanning high-growth startups and established businesses, Ashley is recognized for the ability to turn visions into actionable strategies, foster cross-functional collaboration, and build scalable systems that drive measurable results. Professionally, Ashley has spent the past eight years immersed in the dynamic startup space, where trailblazing innovation and navigating uncharted paths have defined much of her career. Notably, Ashley played a pivotal role in building and scaling operations at Notarize now Proof. At Notarize (Proof,) she developed a comprehensive 24/7 service model and go-to-market strategy from the ground-up that grew the platform to serve 20,000 users, over 1,000 businesses onboarded and a 4.97 CSAT score. While also leading the strategy, development and launch of three inaugural notary products. Ashley also heavily supported market expansion strategies and regulatory work to expand Notarize’s legal acceptance. She drove product strategy, customer adoption, and market alignment, overcoming significant resistance to modernize archaic processes to create raving fans and monumental partnership milestones. Before her time at Notarize, she ran customer centric and sales organizations spanning from an international sales team at K12 Inc. and a customer support, training and quality assurance organization at Frontpoint that spanned over 300 employees. Building processes, operations, and strategies to drive white glove customer experiences, high customer retention and revenue growth. As Chief of Staff at Loan Signing System, Ashley led the company’s first inaugural strategic planning initiative, achieving a 90% completion rate of key objectives and spearheading a $300K organizational & strategic realignment that additionally improved employee satisfaction by 47%. Beyond technical expertise, Ashley brings a human-centered approach to leadership. Her strengths in organization, communication, and decision-making are complemented by a deep passion for creating meaningful change through innovation and data-driven strategies. On a personal level, Ashley is a proud Northern Virginia native and the devoted parent of two. Her daughter Aubrey’s journey with congenital heart disease (CHD) and experience with two lengthy hospital stays for open heart surgeries has inspired Ashley to advocate for families facing medical and financial challenges. This experience has shaped a unique resilience and empathy that translates into her professional ethos—balancing strategic intensity with a profound commitment to helping others.
