Brenan German is Founder and President at Bright Talent, Inc., a Human Resources consulting firm. For nearly 30 years, Brenan has been in the trenches and has both led as corporate practitioner and advised clients on global talent management strategies. Brenan credits his time as Recruiting Director at The Gallup Organization for sparking his passion for data and relationship-driven HR strategies. He has also served as Manager of Global Talent Acquisition for Edwards Lifesciences and Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition for Black and Decker. Brenan is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, holds a SPHR certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and a Member of Convene CEO Peer Advisory Group.
