Charlotte Dobbs is Chief of Staff at Catchafire, a community investment platform that transforms how nonprofits are resourced by opening up access to skilled volunteer talent and other assets. At Catchafire, Charlotte leads cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives to bring more value to the volunteers, nonprofits, and funders in the Catchafire ecosystem. Prior to joining Catchafire, Charlotte worked as an independent philanthropic strategy and systems change advisor, after completing a nine-year tenure with Incandescent, a boutique strategy consulting firm. Charlotte lives in the Boston area and serves as a board member of A Far Cry and Collage New Music.
