Donna has worked in Product Management building Performance software at companies such as Workday and Reflektive. She has taught Performance Management and Workforce Development at San Francisco State University for 4 years. She has worked in Talent Management and HR business partner roles, including leading Performance Management & Leadership Model Strategy at Johnson & Johnson, where she has focused on redesigning the year-end experience. Most recently, she joined Parcl in early 2022 as their Chief People Officer. The thread throughout her career has been her curiosity in connecting behavioral science and technology, creating a fluid experience for employees.
