Elijah has almost a decade of recruitment experience primarily working with high growth tech startups leading distributed teams from 3 to 20. After building a successful recruiting company in the U.S. supporting clients across the U.S., Europe, and Asia he decided to go in-house managing the global talent acquisition team for CloudFactory from the U.K. As the VP of Delivery for Comeet he runs the Elastic Services team providing sourcing and recruiting services to Comeet customers. Elijah and his teams have helped make over 500 hires globally across 50+ high-growth companies; mostly SaaS. In his free time Elijah uses his expertise to help people with career guidance and does crowdfund equity investment in early stage startups.
