Hannah Tesch is Chief Operating Officer at Unvoiced, whose mission is to help companies create grief-informed workplaces and supportive policies for employees. Before Unvoiced, she spent six years at Dutch Bros, focusing on HR compliance and employment law matters. Drawing on over a decade of HR and paralegal experience across multiple areas of law, Hannah also works independently with small businesses to support operations and growth. She lives in Oregon and enjoys gardening and cheering on her daughter at volleyball games.
