He leads the Commercial legal team at Oyster, the employer-of-record platform that lets companies hire anywhere in the world, compliantly and without the overhead. Kevin's team sits at the intersection of vendor and customer contracts, employment claims, and product counsel, which mostly means he spends his days translating "this is legally complicated" into "here's what you can actually do." Before Oyster, Kevin advised regulated companies through litigation and enforcement actions, which was experience that taught him a healthy respect for risk and an even healthier impatience with unnecessary friction. He's spent the last several years applying that instinct internally too, building automation and workflows so Oyster's teams spend less time on repeatable questions and more time on the judgment calls that matter most to you.
