She is currently the Managing Partner of Culture Playbook Partners, a management consulting firm and Principal of The Talent Strategy Collective, an executive coaching practice. Previously, Lorna was Chief People Officer at Guild, a late-stage private company, valued at $4 billion with 1,400 employees. Before joining Guild, Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President at iHeartMedia, the country's #1 audio company, with 10,000 employees.
