Lourdes is VP, People at Electric, an IT solutions company. Lourdes has over 15 years’ experience in people operations, total rewards and people programs with a focus on driving operational efficiency, employee development and engagement. Previously Lourdes served as People Operations Director at global organizations like LRN and Criteo, where she led teams through hyper-growth and M&A integrations, and multimedia company, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, where she led a team through the change management of a partial divestiture and acquisition. Lourdes holds a BS in Finance from St. John’s University in Queens, NY.
