Lynn Feldman has 20+ years' experience building and leading strategic people operations, and talent acquisition teams in rapidly growing international startup organizations. She focuses on driving diverse, people-first cultures through strategic planning, coaching, recruitment, professional development and DEIB. Lynn is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR & SHRM-CP). She is also trained as a coach with various DiSC personality assessments and Situational Leadership.
