Rachel is an experienced People leader who now runs her own HR consulting practice. Having built and grown the function Airbnb and VSCO, she has experienced high growth and managed through tremendous change. Now, as a consultant, she is focused on helping other startups build a strong foundation from which to grow their team, culture and business. Rachel is particularly passionate about the systems responsible for making decisions about pay, performance and promotion, and believes that building these with equity, simplicity and transparency in mind makes a huge impact on outcomes for employees and the business.
