HR Generalist at the Association for Mental Health and Wellness
Rich Keating is an HR Generalist at the Association for Mental Health and Wellness— a Long Island-based nonprofit dedicated to providing programs, services, and advocacy for people facing mental health challenges. While he may be newer to a formal HR title, Rich brings years of hands-on experience leading teams, mentoring others, and creating environments where people genuinely feel supported and valued. Outside of work, Rich is a passionate traveler, a lover of languages (currently working on his fifth!), and a true Long Islander at heart who will never pass up a good beach day.
