Robin Sanchez is Managing Partner and Retirement Plan Advisor at Western Retirement Consultants, an independent Denver-based firm dedicated to helping employers across the United States design, optimize, and manage retirement plans with integrity and precision. With nearly two decades of experience in the retirement plan industry, Robin has built a career advising organizations at every stage of their retirement plan journey — from plan design and investment due diligence to fiduciary training and employee financial wellness. His approach is grounded in objective guidance, deep industry expertise, and a genuine commitment to optimizing outcomes for both plan sponsors and their employees. Before founding Western Retirement Consultants, Robin served as Managing Partner at Alpha Capital Management Group and as Vice President and Regional Retirement Director at Legg Mason. Earlier in his career, he held institutional retirement and wholesaling roles at AB (AllianceBernstein) across the Pacific Northwest and New York markets. He began his career at Vanguard, where he participated in the firm's prestigious Accelerated Development Program. Robin holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Saint Joseph's University and is fluent in English and Spanish.
